Saturday 15th March '08

Whilst the Swift Bros are travelling to their respective weekend venues, JtE will be setting off from the usual place at the usual time. Will the usual people be there to keep him company?

As one of 'the usuals' - looking forward to a bit of a trot this Sat. FSS back to running (albeit not to his usual mileage/speed) seems to have been a rare outbreak of common sense on this one.

We hope to get up to Lakes Sun, depending on weather conditions and do a bit of reccying for upcoming trials.

Good luck to EtU on his Roman holiday!

Solstace Supper in Diary and look forward to seeing everyone on Friday 28th.

I'll be at the traditional location for the middle Saturday in March - "ides"lly trotting around the border of God's own county for a gentle 33 miles (I presume the route is as it was before it dropped to 31 and the Hobble doesn't take in Rocking Stones Moor as it did many years ago - used to hate that!
Alas I shall be missing the club presentation - I want to prepare properly this year and I must submit apologies for the 28th as I shall be at an Awards Dinner - no doubt you will be able to pass some acerbic comment!

There's an entry list on Keighley AC's site and Rob Green and Albert were the first pair to enter the race so looks like I'll not be the only Horwich runner. Also Richard Longlands - anyone know him. Ian C is listed but (from his blog) not running.
