JtE's 2007 and Other Stuff

I am ashamed to admit that my mileage for 2007 is a meagre 877 (17/wk) . No wonder I always run at the back. Running at the back however has one compensation and that is that I don't have to wait for anyone else thus making compliance with EtU's rules for allowable mileage simpler.

Rather than inducing feelings of shame, I view a lower mileage as indicative of a balanced and interesting lifestyle. I for one will continue to climb, walk the munros, travel, cycle, practise yoga and CHILL! Running will be fitted in as an enjoyable and sociable extra.

It's a view!
